Man, this site looks atrocious compared to Tumblr. Anyways, today was alright. In my computer programming class, we're getting started on a computer language called "Visual Basic". My school's kinda cheap, so we're only using the 2008 version. My school is increasing the funding for technology and art oriented courses as of next semester, but I highly doubt we'll diverse ourselves in the 2010 one.

 In other news, I've been dueling people in a children's card game called "Yu Gi Oh!". Today, I faced two people -one at lunch, and another after school for about 5 minutes. In the first match, the math ended with 2000 LP for me, and 1200 for my opponent -a grade eleven named Kyle. This was pretty surprising, since in the first few rounds I got knocked down to said number, while my opponent had the 1400 + 8000 LP advantage. Just goes to show how cool I can be. In the second match, I lost to my friend Anthony's Dragon monster deck, which took advantage of the free 2 monster summons of the card "Flute of Summoning Dragon". I was pretty mad about it, but I realized that dueling, much like video games, is only a hobby. I have nothing to gain from having a strong dueling deck, so there's no point in putting heavy thought into it. In the worst case scenario, I'll lose time, opportunities, and even money.

 DAMN, I write a lot. In the event I don't write tomorrow, I'll put it here now. Tomorrow, a large portion of the students will be missing out on classes in light of various trips. It's funny, because we're covering VERY important topics in my second, and third period classes. Here's hoping everything ends well. I don't really care for extra curricular activities, so unless we end up spending the class twiddling with our thumbs in light of their absence (hooray for spell-check), hey, more learning for me.

Recently, I've found myself sulking, wishing that I had someone to talk to, to be with. Not that my friends aren't good enough, but it's just so dull. My old friends don't chat with me as much, and my close friends have started drifting away, treating me like the old mother you appreciate, but don't exactly want to be around all the time. I have a really close friend, but we haven't physically seen each other in years.  I mean, you can't imagine how much I die just to talk to her. (Bah, now I sound like a stalker.)

I also went out to eat at a local(ish) restaurant. On the train, I had some ideas I think are pretty cool, butI won't share them unless I know you.

In other news, I recently finished the OVAs for an anime called "5cm per Second" it's a romance about the events after a boy and girl move away from each other. The narrations are deep, and I simply love the characters. The ending kind of made me think of my own life. Will I ever go through life with the person I care about most? Will anyone ever love me?

Nothing to report about art -I keep messing up, and in frustration, I give up. D:

Today, on my ride home from school, I set my MP3 to shuffle. Later, 'Melodies of Life' sung by  Hatsune Miku came on. I skipped. 'Melt', also by Hatsune Miku came on. I skipped again. Another Hatsune Miku song came on. Fearful, I skipped back and listen to the three. It's good to know Hatsune Miku's willing to hack into my MP3 for the sake of my entertainment. MLIA
